What OnCallPick is
OnCallPick is a workplace scheduling tool that helps teams of all kinds — healthcare units, IT on-call rotations, facilities crews, retail teams, and more — choose regular, rotating, and on-call shifts in a fair, set order. It is not a medical app and never handles patient or health information.
Information the service uses
- Board information entered by a board manager: the board (team) name and staff names in picking order, as the manager types them.
- Picks and passes: the call dates each staff member selects, or passes on, and the state of each round and month.
- Subscription information: the Pro subscription ($19.99/year, auto-renewing until cancelled) is processed by the app store (such as Google Play). OnCallPick does not receive or store your payment card details.
- Support email: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply.
What we do not collect
- No patient, health, or clinical information of any kind.
- No location data, contacts, photos, or device files.
- No advertising identifiers — OnCallPick shows no ads.
- This website sets no tracking cookies.
How information is used
Board information and picks are used only to run your team's scheduling board: showing the calendar, enforcing picking order, preventing double-booking, and blocking holiday dates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share board data with third parties for marketing.
Who can see a board
Only people who create an account and join your board with its invite code can see your board — normally the staff of that one team. There is no public link to any schedule, so please share your invite code only within your team.
Data retention and deletion
Board data is kept while the board is in use. A manager can reset a month or remove staff names at any time. To have a board and its data deleted entirely, email info@oncallpick.com and we will delete it. See also Delete your data below.
Children
OnCallPick is a workplace tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your OnCallPick account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email info@oncallpick.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address on your account (or tell us which email the account uses). We may reply to confirm it's really you before deleting.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in information.
- Boards you own, including their rosters, picks, and history.
- Your name and picks on boards owned by other managers, where you ask us to remove them.
- Any personal data we hold about you in the app.
How long it takes
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it's done. If you only want one board removed rather than your whole account, say so in the email and we'll delete just that board.
